Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday), provided they are placed before 2:00 PM Central Time. Orders placed after the cut-off time will begin processing the next business day.
Transit Time
Transit time typically ranges from 2–5 business days depending on your delivery destination.

While we strive to process and ship all orders within the timeframes outlined above, delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Transit times may be affected by carrier delays, weather conditions, supply chain disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Domestic Shipping Only
Pipehorn Locating Technology currently ships within the United States only.
We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Shipping Methods
Orders are shipped via UPS using real-time calculated rates. Available service options (Ground, 3 Day Select, and Next Day Air) and pricing are displayed at checkout based on the delivery address.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated based on the item(s) being ordered, their weight, and the delivery address entered at checkout. These charges are clearly displayed in your shopping cart before you complete your purchase.
Shipping Address Requirements
We require a valid physical street address for all shipments.
We are unable to ship to:
- PO Boxes
- Hotels or motels
- Campgrounds
- Temporary or unsecured locations

Signature Required for Delivery
Due to the value of our equipment, Pipehorn shipments require UPS Signature Confirmation.
An adult must be present at the delivery address to sign for the package.
Order Confirmation & Tracking
After your order is placed, you will receive an emailed receipt confirming your purchase.
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a second email containing your shipment tracking information.
Special Shipping & Oversized Items
For oversized or heavy items that require freight shipping, charges may vary and be calculated separately. Our team will contact you if special freight arrangements or charges are required.
