Order Cancellations & Changes

Orders for non-stock, special-order, and custom items may not be cancelled, changed, or returned.

For standard stock items, cancellation or changes may be permitted prior to shipment with our approval. Approval may be subject to fees or other applicable charges.


Return Eligibility

Non-stock, special-order, and custom items are not eligible for return.

Standard stock items may be returned by the original purchaser only with prior authorization. A request for return must be made within 10 days of the original ship date.

Return requests may be denied or may be subject to inspection, testing fees, restocking fees, or other charges necessary to return the item to saleable condition.


Return Conditions

If a return is authorized:

  • Items must be returned within the approved return period.

  • Items returned by mail must be shipped prepaid.

  • Items must be returned in original packaging.

  • Items must be in resalable condition.

Unauthorized returns or returns received outside the approved period may be refused.


Refunds & Credits

For authorized returns that meet the conditions outlined above, Pipehorn may issue an exchange, credit, or refund for the approved amount to the original purchaser.

Freight charges associated with the original purchase or the return shipment are non-refundable. Any applicable restocking, inspection, or testing fees will be deducted from the approved refund amount.

Refunds will be processed after inspection of the returned item and issued to the original method of payment, check, or as store credit, as applicable.
