c) Returns: Non-stock, special-order and custom items may not be returned. With prior
approval from us, standard stock items may be returned. Request for return must be
made within 10 days of the original ship date. Return of items may be denied or may be
subject to an inspection and testing fee plus any other charges necessary to make the
item saleable. If a return is authorized, items must be shipped prepaid in their original
packaging.
d) Credit/Refunds: For items returned as prescribed above in “Returns”, Utility Tool
Company, Inc. may offer an exchange or a credit/refund for any amount due to the
purchaser. There will be no credit or refund given for freight charges associated with
the purchase or return of an item.
